Great restaurant and service. Our waiter Alessandro did a great job and just let him suggest you what to eat. He suggested Florentine steak and Fettuccine pasta and both were wonderful. Tiramisu is also great... in general 10/10 experience!

The food and the service are fantastic! Ivo, our server, was so sweet and attentive — we are very appreciative to have him as our server. The atmosphere is great as well. They play the tarantella every hour where all the guests can clap and wave their napkins in the air, and sing and play music for birthday celebrators. My mom and I had a lot of fun here!

"Alex" , I'm a terrible speller and I don't want to misspell his Italian name but he was the best waiter ever!! My husband who is also Italian enjoyed talking to him, it was really nice The food was delicious my husband's gnocchi was mouth watering! We loved the area and can't wait to go back! It is on the pricey side but it was cheaper than flying to Italy!

As a tourist I was just walking past by the Espanola Way with my friends and we came across this Italian Restaurant with cute Italian workers. So of course we stopped by, but ended up loving the food too much! This place has one of the freshest, tastiest, pastas EVER!! Literally it’s so good it was worth the money. I hope everyone passing by this restaurant tries it and falls in love with it too, it’s absolutely amazing! P.S the strawberry daiquiri is also really really good!

One of the best places I’ve ever been! Lively and fun atmosphere! Fantastic food and service! Despite being super busy on a Tuesday night, they sat our party after a few minutes. Drinks and food also came out fast. Everything tasted amazing! Our server Marco was outstanding! Very professional but fun and friendly at the same time. We loved everything about this place!

ANUAR was new to the job but did a great job waiting on me. I asked him for a food recommendation since I wanted homemade and authentic pasta and he helped me pick the perfect item. Food was fresh, hit, and filling. I am very full!

We have now been here three times and it is not just a tourist trap but actually has very good food and great service. It's a real fun environment with great people watching, very comfortable and worth the money. Andrea has been our waiter and he done an excellent job, very professional, knowledgeable, super friendly and the whole staff wvery friendly and efficient. We even asked to meet the manager and later the owner came by and they were both very nice and they carry on the same Italian tradition of kindness to family and friends.

This was our second time visiting Hosteria Romana while we walked through Espanola Way. Something about the colors of the table clothes and umbrellas always pulls you in. Plus the friendly smiles of the hosts and hostesesses standing outside. The server was very attentive ensuring that our drinks were always filled. They even brought a table to place our bag/purse on [impressionante!] The Fettuccine Alfredo and Pizza was great. The Salmon Fetuccine was good overall but had somewhat of a bland presentaton. Some toppings such as green onion would have a great addition. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be returning. Pros: Staff very friendly and attentive Great outdoor atmosphere Large menu Authentic Italian food Cons: Limited beer selection [no stouts or dark beers]
